Elemental Acupuncture Group

Five Element Acupuncture is a healing modality based on the Laws of Nature.  It is always an individualized treatment for each patient.  The acupuncturist treats the whole person - their body, mind and spirit.  It is a holistic way of healing.

Acupuncture stimulates your body's internal resources and boosts the body's ability to heal itself.  Having treatments can help to boost your immune system, decrease stress and support you both physically and emotionally.

The Five Elements are a paradigm through which we view each person.  The Five Elements correspond to five seasons in nature - Spring corresponds to the Wood element, Summer to Fire, Late Summer to Earth, Fall to Metal and Winter to the Water element.  There are both gifts and challenges that come with the elements and acupuncture can help to balance the imbalances.  When we are more in balance we feel more at ease in our bodies and healthier in general.
